NDSA Swim Club in Durban, time trials.
What fun was had by everyone at the recent NDSA Swim Club time trials fun event, help at the Northwood swimming pool recently. Swimmers from NDSA Swim Club took to the pool to see how their swimming times were improving.
The swimming time trials is a regular fun event held by NDSA Swimming Club head coach Jean Nortje, who is passionate about swimming and brings out a love of swimming in all the swim squad members who really appreciate all the energy and coaching that he does.
The swimmers love their daily swimming squad sessions, even in the winter when the swimming club moved temporarily from their regular base at Durban North college to the heaters at Northwood pool. The Northwood pool is well maintained and has been a good venue for the NDSA swim squad during these winter months.
The swimmers have missed their tranquil base at Durban North College, but have welcomed the much needed heaters and are so grateful to be able to swim at the Northwood venue this winter.
