The bulk water supply service is either a  1000 L tank delivered by bakkie alternatively a 5000 L with an 8 ton truck. All bulk water supply prices are excl VAT & delivery charges. 4051 postcode is free delivery for 2024.

To Book your Bulk Water Order

Once the booking is received, you will be given a time slot for your Bulk Water Supply delivery.

Payment for the bulk water delivery is required upfront.

Bulk Water order Prep

Once the POP is received, then the staff are moved to site and begin to prepare for the bulk water order. You will be advised of the projected time period and when to expect the bulk water order to be processed and delivered.

There is no refund if the bulk water delivery is cancelled.

Payment

Invoice will be done once the bulk water order is accepted.

Cancellation & Delay Policy

If no client is available on site at time of the bulk water delivery. There will be no refund and the full invoice is due and applicable.

To Note

Please send details in writing if there is any issues, such as:

Requiring more than 50m of pipe to pump the bulk water.

Any potential access issues for an 8 Ton truck.

Pumping more than two stories above the vehicle parking.

Any access restrictions, eg housing estate.

If the water refill requires more than 50 m of pipe.

The client takes responsibility for damages caused during bulk water delivery, eg when the truck is driven onto the property.

Water Types, Safety & Risk

Potable water is suitable for human consumption and contact, and used for drinking, bottling, bathing, showering, washing of dishes and utensils.

It is vital that after the bulk water is delivered, client's tanks storing the bulk  water must be fit for purpose and conform to all safety standards. This is critical to maintain the quality of drinking water delivered.  The Client assumes all risk & responsibility for the water once they take ownership, risks regarding consumption bulk water stored will pass to the Client.

There is a risk of contamination of the bulk water supply once it is in storage and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the bulk water continues to be safe for human consumption.

Non-potable water is not appropriate for human consumption & human contact: It is often used for plumbing, gardening, waste flushing, swimming pools (if chlorinated) and for washing machines.

The non potable bulk water is clean run off water untreated for drinking.

The Client indemnifies Laduuuuma for any misuse or human consumption  that may result.

Access

The Client shall prepare the access for the delivery and the access must be clear for the bulk water supply service.

The Seller shall not be liable for loss or damage while on site, including and without limitation:

(eg. damage to pathways, driveways, concrete, paved or grass areas.)

Site Storage Tanks

Potable water refills delivered to clients is safe at the time of delivery. The client must ensure the environment of the storage tanks is fit for purpose and that the water is safe to drink after storage.
